“Spent 5 days over Christmas at this home and it was wonderful. Fantastic views, great secure yard for the dog and for humans! The front is shaded by a gorgeous tree and it was lovely to sit out there on the porch with a cocktail watching the sunset. House is very spacious, neat, tidy and clean. Lovely furnishing and linen/towels great quality too. This was our first time in the area and we enjoyed exploring up and down the coast with the dog. Pleasantly suprised how many beaches are dog friendly. Grace was very responsive when I needed to contact her at check in and super friendly. We would definitely like to come back to the area again and would happily stay in this home again.”

“We stayed in Grace’s house for 8 days and got every type of weather imaginable. It is in a fantastic location and has beautiful views. It has a secure yard for pets which was really good for us. The renovated house, while a quirky design, is nicely styled and decorated well. We loved the coffee machine and the comfortable outdoor furniture for catching the sun. The living and TV area was also very comfortable. There are some small things that Grace could do to improve it for guests. The air conditioner worked well as a heating unit, but couldn’t cope with cooling the upstairs living area and bedroom which got very hot in the heatwave. Some fans in these rooms and extra blankets for colder nights would be good. The kitchen works well for breakfast but needs extra items for cooking dinner including better quality pans, some chopping knives and plastic chopping boards, and a BBQ would be handy.”
