Booking Terms
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay period may apply during peak seasons and public holidays. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure website.
- Security Bond: A security bond may be required prior to check-in. You will be notified of this during the booking process.
- Check-in / Check-out:
Times will be specified at the time of booking.
Late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as a small accommodation provider, cancellations can have a significant impact on our business. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our ability to manage bookings.
- Cancellations made with more than 30 days’ notice (prior to your scheduled arrival date) will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable
- No-shows, early departures, or same-day cancellations will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Date Changes
- Changes to booking dates must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
- Changes within 30 days are treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and the cancellation policy will apply.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, illness, or changes in travel plans.
